HEARTLAND COMMUNITY FARMS, INC. AT A GLANCE
Here at Heartland, we team up with families and local organizations to do our part in helping kids who are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness and loss of hope. We provide a space where kids can come to feel safe and just be. We use the assistance of equine to help our students conquer their fears and grow into who they are. Our goal is that every child would know the love of Jesus, know they have purpose and would leave encouraged to pursue all they were created to be.
